Application
To determinewhether accessible sharp points on Child-related products are likely to causeinjury. If the accessible sharp point penetrates a specified depth into thesmall rectangular opening of the tester, the LED is illuminated to indicatethat the point is unacceptably sharp. Child-related products intended for useby children under 8 years old are subject to this requirement before or afteruse & abuse testing.
